Runs inside your Odoo

It works on the standard Inventory, Purchase, Sales and Invoicing apps. It can't run on standard Odoo Online, which doesn't allow custom modules. Which Odoo versions? See the FAQ.

The core module and two optional add-ons

Your data stays yours

Records stay in your own Odoo database. The module does not sync them to an outside track-and-trace cloud.
DSCSA documents, their files and Transaction Statement evidence can't be deleted by anyone. Retention is six years, fixed in code.
Optional write-once archive: posted documents and retention exports are copied to your own Amazon S3 (or S3-compatible) bucket with Object Lock, for 6 to 30 years. You supply the bucket and credentials.
Staging copies and restored backups are neutralized so they can't write to the live archive.
If you change vendors, there's no six-year export problem: the records are already in your database.

Built from standard Odoo

No third-party Odoo modules, no extra Python packages and no changes to Odoo's own code; the module only adds extensions.

Roles and access

Two roles: DSCSA User for warehouse and office staff, and DSCSA Manager for licenses, quarantine release, return decisions and configuration. Portal customers see only their own documents.

Multi-company databases are supported: each company keeps its own ledger, documents and hash chain. Moving DSCSA stock between your own companies (inter-company transit) is not supported.

Going live: your part and ours

Onboarding includes migrating your data from your existing service, training and verification. It can take as little as 10 to 15 days.

Rx Tracking is provided directly by Alpenglow, not through the Odoo Apps Store. The module's code is licensed under the Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1).

Each customer remains responsible for its own DSCSA compliance, standard operating procedures, validation of the system for its use, and regulatory decisions. This site is not legal advice.
